Bundoran
The most southerly town in County Donegal, the seaside resort of Bundoran has been a family holiday destination for over 300 years. It is also a well known surf spot and in recent years, has welcomed lots of new cafes and adventure activities. Each summer, the town hosts Sea Sessions Music Festival, as well as playing host to weekly live gigs in the local pubs all year round. There is a good mix of accommodation available here from hotels to B&Bs.

Sea Sessions Surf & Music Festival
One of Europe’s best surf, skate and music festival taking place in Bundoran, Co. Donegal, each summer; expect to find a three day long event of surfing, skating, partying and music!
The Festival is rooted in a love of surfing. The cream of Irish and European surfers take part in the ASP sanctioned surf competition. In addition to surfing and music, other activities include street performers, gourmet food outlets, tag rugby and beach soccer tournaments, an ultimate frisbee competition and swimming races. There are also skateboarding, BMX and mountain biking displays; an extreme sports film festival; and a body and soul holistic healing and therapy village!
